Description
Dentsply Integrity Temporary Crown and Bridge Material with Fluorescence, a two-component automixed methacrylic ester formula, offers fast, strong, and aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations. With minimal shrinkage and consistent texture, it simplifies handling, reducing adjustments and saving time. Packaged in a cartridge format to minimize waste, it’s ideal for direct fabrication of veneers, inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges in indirect restorative procedures.
Key Specification
- Immediately before each use – Bleed cartridge prior to inserting new mix tip
- 0-5 seconds – Material dispensed into preliminary impression
- 5-45 seconds – Material inserted into the mouth
- 2-3 minutes – Removal from mouth
- 6 minutes – Remove the O2-inhibited layer and begin to trim the excess with-rotary instruments
- 7 minutes – Complete contours and polish

Direction To Use :
– Raise release lever vertically, pull plunger back.
– Open cartridge lock, insert cartridge notch down, close lock.
– Remove cartridge cap, discard.
– Disinfect used mixing tip for next use.
– Dispense pea-sized amount of base and catalyst, clear any blockages.
– Install mixing tip, align notches, lock in place.
– Squeeze trigger to dispense material evenly.
– Disinfect barrels and used tip after use.
– Remove cartridge by lifting lever, pull slide flush.
– Dispense small amount, inject into impression immediately.
– Leave impression for 2-3 minutes.
– Trim excess during elastic stage, avoiding distortion.
