Prevest Fusion Self Lute

Description

Fusion Self Lute is a Self Curing/Chemical Curing polymer resin based luting cement for permanent cementation of crowns & bridges.

Direction To Use 

– Dispense material from syringe with auto mix tip, initial set at 2:00-2:30, final set at 3-4 minutes.
– Metal to Enamel/Dentin:
– Sandblast restoration sides, treat exposed metal with primer.
– Clean tooth, apply universal bonding system.
– Mix, place, seat restoration, remove excess after initial set, wait for final set.
– Metal to Metal:
– Sandblast external metal, treat exposed metal with primer.
– Clean posts, mix, place, seat restoration, remove excess after initial set, wait for final set.
– Ceramic Restorations:
– Etch, clean ceramic, apply silanating agent.
– Clean tooth, apply universal bonding system.
– Mix, place, seat restoration, remove excess after initial set (not necessary to wait for final set).

– Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate
– Silanated Barium Glass Powder
– Amorphous Fumed Silica
– Curing Agents and Stabilizer
– Catalyst Paste:
– Same components as Base Paste

Setting Time:
– Initial set: 2:00-2:30 (min:sec)
– Final set: 3-4 minutes

Storage:
– Store at 10°C to 24°C.
– Close cap tightly, avoid moisture.
– Shelf life unaffected after opening if stored in a cool, dry place.

Shelf Life:
– 2 years from manufacture date
