Medicept Implalute is a dental cement specifically designed for semi-permanent fixing of superstructures on a resin base, with a mixing ratio of 4:1. It is intended for use on customized abutments, abutments with reduced adhesion surfaces, or particularly small abutments. The cement offers reinforced adhesion and compressive strength, ensuring a secure and long-lasting bond between the superstructure and the abutment. One of its key advantages is the ability to achieve a significantly lower displacement resistance compared to conventional cement, making accurate positioning and adjustments easier during dental procedures. With an extremely low layer thickness of only 8 μm, it ensures maximum fitting accuracy, contributing to precise and reliable results.

Implalute provides ultimate marginal gap sealing due to its highly cross-linked, non-brittle polymer structure, preventing microleakage and enhancing the restoration’s longevity.

Direction To Use 

– Prepare abutment and superstructure.
– Ensure clean surfaces.
– Mix Implalute 4:1.
– Apply thin layer (8 μm) to superstructure.
– Position accurately, apply gentle pressure.
– Remove excess cement without damage.
– Activate dual curing or allow self-cure.
– Check polymerization for a strong bond.
– Adjust or perform occlusal checks if needed.
– Advise patient on post-cementation care and oral hygiene.
